Shanti & Me LLC is an appointment based business. Grooming is one dog at a time and about two hours are blocked for each dog, so every booked slot is held specifically for your animal. Pack hikes run Monday through Thursday with eight to twelve dogs maximum, and pickup and drop off are included.
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. For pet sitting, cancellations eight or more days out are free, cancellations two to seven days out are charged at twenty percent, and cancellations inside forty eight hours are charged in full. Repeated no shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Current vaccination documentation is required. You agree to disclose any medical, behavioral, or skin conditions before your appointment so I can plan a safe visit. Collars, leashes and trackers must be in good working order for pack hikes.
Grooming carries certain inherent risks, including minor nicks or abrasions, irritation of pre existing skin conditions, and stress or behavioral reactions. Every precaution is taken, and you acknowledge that these things can still happen. Severely matted coats may require humane shaving, which can expose or cause irritation, and you consent to humane removal of matting when it is the safest option for your animal.
In an emergency, you authorize Shanti & Me LLC to seek veterinary care if you cannot be reached, and you accept financial responsibility for that care. If an animal displays unsafe behavior, the appointment may be stopped for the safety of the animal and of me, and you agree to pay for services rendered up to that point. You release and hold harmless Shanti & Me LLC from liability arising from services provided except in cases of gross negligence.
Grooming prices are tiered by your dog's current size, and the prices shown on this site are starting points. Final pricing depends on size, coat condition, matting, temperament, and the services performed. Grooming rates increase by three dollars on January 1, 2027. Payment is due at the time of service.
