Shanti & Me LLC is a solo, owner operated pet care business serving guardians across the Salt Lake valley. I work with one dog at a time in grooming, and with small groups on the trail, so every animal gets attention rather than a queue.
For grooming I work with extra small, small, and medium dogs, one dog at a time. When you drop your dog off we do not go straight to the table. There is usually a ten to fifteen minute buffer where they can sniff, listen, move around, and land in the space before we start. I block about two hours per dog so we can go slow, stay kennel free, and not overwhelm anybody's nervous system.
Kennel free grooming with a single dog in the space. No crowded salon floor and no waiting in a crate.
Eight to twelve dogs maximum, with pickup and drop off included, Monday through Thursday.
Pet sitting in my home or in yours, including cats, with extra care available for plants, mail, and hobby farms.
Current rates. Grooming rates increase by three dollars on January 1, 2027.
Bath, breed appropriate haircut, ears, and nails, at a pace the dog can handle.
Most families settle into a regular six, seven, or eight week schedule.
Two hours are blocked per dog so nothing has to be rushed.
Monday through Thursday, pickup and drop off included. Eight to twelve dogs maximum.
In my home or in yours. Each additional pet is $5. Cats are $100 per day plus mileage beyond five miles.
Plants, mail, trash, fish, rabbits, and hobby farms while you are away.
Includes dremel finishing.
Charged when a coat needs to be worked out before grooming can begin.
Added on top of the regular groom. Fees may also be added for temperament and coat type.
