Shanti & Me LLC respects your privacy. This page explains in plain terms what information I collect, how it is used, and how your mobile phone number is handled.
I collect only the information you give me, such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and details about your companion animal, including breed, size, coat condition, vaccination records, and any medical or behavioral notes. I collect this so I can schedule appointments, care for your animal safely, and follow up with you afterward.
Your information is used to book and confirm appointments, send appointment reminders, scheduling updates and follow up messages, provide grooming, hiking and pet sitting services, process payment, and answer your questions. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Customers opt in to text messages from Shanti & Me LLC through the chat widget on this website. Once you opt in you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, weekly roster and pickup times, scheduling updates, and follow up messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; I will send one confirmation message and then stop messaging you. Reply HELP for help, or call me at (801) 935-6116. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
I use trusted service providers to run the business, including scheduling and customer management software, text and email delivery services, and payment processing. These providers may process your information only to deliver those services to me, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
I keep client and animal records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Payment information is handled by PCI compliant payment processors and is not stored by me.
You may ask me to update or delete your information, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or opt out of marketing email at any time. Contact me using the details below and I will take care of it.
My services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, I will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
